ÿ  Please provide me a private single room for the entire trip for an additional $450.00 (normal accommodations are based on double occupancy.) Both are 9 day trips with 8 days of touring.
ÿ  Yangtze River Tour & Cruise 10 days  Fare is $2,599.00 per person double occupancy, add $750.00 for a single room. ($3,349.00) Yangtze tour is a 10 day trip with 9 days of touring.

A non-refundable registration fee of $200 per person is due with your registration and is included in your total tour fare.  
The balance is due on or before November 10, 2009 for the March 2010 Trip.

Passenger hereby agrees to assume all risks of loss, injury, or liability, arising out of the excursion that passenger is undertaking under this agreement. Passenger, on behalf of its heirs, and assigns, hereby releases the Citslinc International, Inc., and their officers, directors, agents, employees, successors, and assigns (the "released parties"), from any and all liability for damage to property or injury or death of any person. 
Passenger acknowledges that all international travel carries certain risks and that passenger is voluntarily undertaking this optional recreational and educational activity and that the released parties shall have no liability to passenger for property damage or personal injury unless due to the willful misconduct of the released parties.
Due to local conditions at the time of travel, Citslinc International, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, advance or postpone any scheduled tour event and may, but is not obligated to, substitute another event and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to the tour participants by reason of any such cancellation, advancement or postponement.
This Disclaimer also releases Rotary International & Rotary District 5330 and their officers, directors, agents, employees, from any legal obligations regarding this trip to China.
